1. Schedule a showroom appointment
The simplest way to get a feel for the light and warmth achievable from a GARDEN ROOM is schedule a showroom appointment. We are just off the M50 at Exit 5 (close to IKEA).
2. Talk with our garden rooms representatives
Our representatives are available to discuss your requirements and identify the best option for you, whether it’s a home office you need or a multi-purpose room. Our customers have used GARDEN ROOMS as hobby rooms, as gyms, as therapy rooms, as teenage dens and as recording studios.
Remember you have endless options, you can chose the number of windows and doors, how it is insulated, how it’s heated, how it’s lit, interior lay out and so on. Our representatives will be on hand to guide you through every stage, making sure that everything has been carefully thought through.
We can take you through the many services we have on offer. Perhaps you’d like to find out more about the range of add-ons available like a home cinema, bathroom or our heat recovery heating system for example.
3. Free consultation in your own home
We recommend an initial visit to your home (free of charge) to offer advice on design options, add-ons, costs and options to suit your budget. We understand that your project is unique and we pride ourselves on our highly personal approach to every GARDEN ROOM.
With each GARDEN ROOM you can decide on your preferred positioning of sliding doors and windows. As all our GARDEN ROOMS are tailor made, you can change the size to best suit your available space.
4. Estimate and contracts
Once we carry out the site survey and fully understand your needs, we can then provide you with an overall estimate for your project. At that point we can agree on contracts and starting dates for construction of your GARDEN ROOM.
5. Commencement of build
The average build time is between 7 -10 working days at your home depending on any add on you require. Once we can agree on a start date our lead times are on average 6 weeks from date of order. You can relax safe in the knowledge that with GARDEN ROOMS there is no need to disrupt any family life in the main house as all our building work is done with the least amount of disruption.
We take the approach of constructing all our GARDEN ROOMS on site.
